She is as strong as she is sweet, has a drive as big as her smile and is an absolute blast to have in class. She works incredibly hard and never stops encouraging those around her before, during and after class. Sometimes she’s hyping the next class up so much we have to shoo her out the door 😉. Her energy is contagious and you can always catch her taking on the most challenging moves with beautiful form and tempo. Lagree at Studio Revolution provides a low impact, high intensity full body workout. What does that mean? Low impact workouts eliminate forceful landings and shock absorbing through joints. Low impact workouts promote longevity, reduce injury and improve recovery time but that certainly does not equate to easy! The high intensity of Lagree includes fast transitions and slow continuous resistance based movement resulting in the building of strength and muscle endurance. The combination is incredible - there is nothing like it!

Starting the week celebrating an incredible milestone ✨Big congrats out to Jenny as she completed 500 CLASSES on the mega!✨ Jenny is a the picture of consistency as she is always an early bird catching the first class of the day. She is quick to take the most challenging and advanced option for moves and is not hesitant to be uncomfortable - she knows the results that comes from being outside your comfort zone. (just ask someone that has been to a class) Lagree provides a 45 minute low-impact HIGH intensity total body workout that strengthens, tightens, and tones your muscles quickly and safely. Lagree will make you shake, sweat, and STRONG! Beginner classes are available on Saturdays at 10:30am but our amazing trainers will get you through any class that fits your schedule. While she’s a familiar face in the studio, her journey to becoming a trainer is as special as she is ✨. “Physical fitness has been an integral part of my life for over 30 years. It started with lifting weights and aerobics classes. Through the years, running, cycling, triathlon, and yoga were added to the mix.
When I met Christina Mills, I had never heard of Lagree. She told me to come try a class. Once I made it to the studio, I never looked back. Lagree changes your body and mind in a way I never experienced with any other workout. At 52, I am stronger and leaner than ever before. Lagree Method
The workout is a 45 minute, full body, high intensity, low impact, heart pumping, muscle toning routine. You will be instructed in a small group setting where you will feel as if you have your very own personal trainer.
The Megaformer is the first machine to effectively combine strength, endurance, cardiovascular, flexibility, and core training into every workout.
Christina Mills, Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy, has tried numerous workouts; but none have given her the results she has seen with the Lagree Method. It is intense on the muscles yet low impact and safe on your body!
