Together with and , we bring you the 2nd Annual Peat The Heat competition featuring - "shaking up" the antiquated notions of drinking scotch whisky with spring and summer style cocktails. Last year was a hit and this year we are opening up to the public ! Both competitors (in the trade) and audience.

Details are in the flyer so read carefully and email [email protected] for more info and to submit your recipe (deadline 4/23). Competitors will be selected by judges and announced on 4/30.
