Today, we mourn the loss of Officer Darron Burks.
We will never forget his sacrifice and his heroism.
Please pray for his family, friends and the men and women of the Dallas Police Department. Our thoughts remain with our injured officers, as they continue to recover.

As we embrace this season of rebirth and rejuvenation, the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives sends empowering wishes for love, appreciation, and fresh starts to be cherished with our loved ones. May we all stay safe and have a joyous Easter!

Nickleson concedes Caddo Sheriff's race to Whitehorn. 25k early votes still out Whitehorn secured 53% of the in-person vote on election day, though as of 11 p.m., there are still 25,000 early votes still outstanding.
