BEST Members,
Our fabulous member, Regina Onyeibe, is retiring today! Please join me in sending her warm CONGRATULATIONS & HUGE THANKS. Regina has been with the City of Dallas almost 20 years, and has added value to the City of Dallas in all the capacities that she has been a part of. Additionally, she has been a wonderful member of BEST using her gifts & talents to enhance our programming and to expose us to aspects of our African culture. Regina was always someone that we could call on to sing, speak or for ideas. She worked diligently behind the scenes and out in front. We are eternally grateful for her being a part of City of Dallas and our BEST family!

Regina,
Congratulations on your retirement! And thank you for your willingness to always go above and beyond in all that you did for the City of Dallas and BEST. Enjoy your next chapter!
