THE BIGGIE is on the menu all day every dang day at our The Exchange Hall location, in the AT&T Discovery District.
It’s a new-to-you brisket burger blend topped with American cheese, shredded iceberg, tomato, grilled onions, dill pickles & Easy Sauce, served on a sesame seed bun (no substitutions). Yes it’s a full size burger, yes we still have sliders. We’re just doing our part to make things EASY for you 👊❣️

Our Story
Inspired by their neverending search for the perfect bite, Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes opened Easy Slider Truck in December 2011. The company has been awarded a number of local and national awards including Best Food Truck in Dallas (D Magazine, Dallas Observer, Dallas Voice), 21 Best Food Trucks in America (Thrillist), 101 Best Food Trucks in America (The Daily Meal) and 10 Best Burgers in Dallas (Zagat).
Easy Slider’s flavors are influenced by Caroline’s Texas roots and Miley’s obsession with all things Southern. The core menu consists of Certified Angus beef sliders with unique toppings, while additional items are offered frequently in order to showcase seasonal ingredients. Bread is made fresh every day. Sauces are made on the truck. Desserts are local. High fives are free.
Easy Slider has catered for several major companies including Best Buy, Neiman Marcus, LiveNation, Dallas Mavericks, Cinemark, Restoration Hardware and Hilton. The company has grown to include three trucks, and opened a brick and mortar restaurant in historic Deep Ellum, Dallas in March 2017. In addition to the trucks and restaurant, Caroline and Miley expanded their mobile catering business with two new concepts – Open Road Shaved Ice and BAR CART.
