School is out for summer which means many of our CPD children need access to daycare services. However, many guardians need support to afford a safe place for the children in their care to go during the day while they are at work. Luckily, we can provide the necessary funds for daytime care through our Kids in Crisis program. Kids helping kids is one of the sweetest things we get to see at CPD. These great kids from Parish Middle School worked hard in preparing school supplies for other children in their community. 💚

We love having our corporate partners visit our building! Last week, this amazing team from KPMG did an amazing job helping organize our warehouse in preparation for our upcoming summer of fun! We always enjoy showing our corporate partners the “behind the scenes” of our programming! Thank you, KPMG!

Access to basic hygiene products is a necessity that many of our CPD children do not have, but these National Charity League ladies and their moms have gone above and beyond to meet that need! More than 100 volunteers from the NCL Park Cities chapter visited our offices for a tour last week, each donating a "teen hygiene kit"!! We are incredibly thankful to NCL for their commitment to CPD as well as their kind donations!

Our friends at the Closet Factory delivered 500 duffle backpacks for our CPD kids to use as they move from one placement to another. We believe that a child should never have to transport their precious items or clothes in a trash bag, so duffels like these make a big difference.
