Finally got our permit back from the City of Dayton for a complete makeover of the old Project CURE building in James H McGee!

Change of use, full sprinkler system, complete new layout, fire ratings and life safety are going to make this a tough project but we’re sitting here on a Sunday making notes for concerns to bring back to the owner and design team to help mitigate costs and schedule delays.

Six months into this project and now the real fun begins! We hope to make this a smooth project and provide the city with 50 completely new units as we are also renovating the 22 unit building next door. That one is well on its way with electrical moving quickly. We’ll post soon with photos of that one!

Well, a 50 footer didn’t cut it to try to get to the peak at the church project. Gonna have to find some bigger equipment!

Plumbing not going so well at one of our apartment projects near Xavier. Look at the clogs! Had to chip out the floor and lay all new waste lines under this basement unit. Always something, but we get it done!

Finally had a decent day of weather to get some paint on this project. Owner went with sherwin williams Caviar. Bringing a much needed modern look to this 90s era home.

And we were airborne with the help of a towable lift. Very convenient!

This week we have been working on a home in Vandalia! The home owner had quite a bit of rotten wood trim that needed replacing. New pine boards installed, caulked all the joints and windows were recaulked. Now we just need a couple nice days of weather so we can paint all of the trim, the deck and the back fence.
