Hey Friends, I just want to give a little background about the Faulkner 4% Company and myself. I've been doing real estate for the last 4 years. My dad, Ron Faulkner is the owner and founder of the company. He's been in real estate business over forty years. He's worked really hard for what he has accomplished. He started as a sales agent and has worked his way up to various vice president roles in two local real estate firms. During that time has had a property management co., an appraisal service co., as well flipping and restoring homes. Needless to say he's done it all! Now I get the privilege and joy to work along side of him. We work well as a team, he fills me with the knowledge and I have insight on things that he doesn't always see so the two of us together is complimentary. He has taught me a lot about the business. Faulkner Four Percent is a smaller company but we are growing! We do everything the larger real estate firms do we just have smaller overhead.
