The MRCA Young Contractors Council is always looking for a way to give back to the local community where the Annual Conference is held each year. This year, YCC Welcome Party attendees along with the United Way of the Midlands, assembled STEM kits for local Omaha students. The kits included supplies for DIY educational experiments that support the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

The MRCA Young Contractors Council is excited to report that we raised $14,120.00 at the YCC Welcome Party in Omaha on October 18th! That is a new record!
The money will be donated to both the MRCA Foundation and the Heartland Equine Therapeutic Riding Academy (HETRA) .

Please sign up for shifts in the YCC booth where we will be assembling the bikes. Your time in the booth will be used to assemble bikes and coach attendees who stop by to help with assembly. The Young Contractors Council partnered with USO Wisconsin for our Annual Service Project! This year, we assembled over 500 support kits using supplies donated from MRCA Members, the Association and Delafield Legion Post 196. These kits will be sent to our active Military personnel who are in military training, traveling, or preparing for deployment.

The MRCA Young Contractors Council hosted the Annual Fundraiser Welcome Party “Stars and Stripes Salute to Veterans Casino Night” in Milwaukee, WI. By the end of the evening, our YCC had raised $8000. The proceeds will be split equally with $4000 being donated to the MRCA Foundation to help support student scholarships, research, and education and the other $4000 going to the One Tribe Foundation that raises awareness and combats su***de by empowering Veterans. Thank you to all that participated and generously participated in the festivities.
