Guess that’s my one regret…

Especially if you pair it with “I’m sorry” with no changes to your behavior? Like no “I’m sorry and I’ll always love you” doesn’t undo all the lies, it doesn’t fix all the pain you knowingly inflicted. It doesn’t undo s**t and saying it while you are spreading lies and talking s**t definitely doesn’t fix anything. Like if yiu can lie, cheat, steal and utterly destroy someone and it not bother you then guess what you don’t love them. You can blame everyone and everything else for what you did, but you did that s**t and until you own it and correct it you are just manipulating someone with emotions and that’s f**ked up my guy. It’s funny how the faithful one always stays single after the relationship ends to heal and work on themselves, the one that lied and cheated is already in another relationship because they know they can’t even stand to be alone with themselves. Because when they are alone they have to face themselves and they simply aren’t strong enough to do that, so they keep lying and keep hurting people just to feel good about themselves. They trade one addition for another.

So I am very aware that in the last year of my relationship I gained a significant amount of weight, and my ex made sure I was aware of it as well. As someone who used to go to the gym daily and train, and lead a very active lifestyle adapting to his lifestyle was extremely hard. One of the biggest things I can do to get my life back is get back in the gym and stop looking like a “fat disgusting pig” as I was so nicely told. Everything is so hard right now, coming to terms with the reality of the last 2 years of my life was nothing more than an act. Constantly being told I just want to laugh and have fun, but seeing the things that he said about me and he allowed people to say about me I wasn’t laughing or having fun. He could have taken accountability and told the truth, but that is something you do for someone you love. Some days are worse than others and knowing I’ll never get the closure I deserve because he likes to inflict as much pain as possible the last think he said to me was he will always love me… yet this is how you choose to treat me? I did things out of anger I’ll never deny them. That the difference between us. 🖤☠️🍣 #13
