Book it to Decatur! 📚The Decatur Book Festival returns this October 4-5. Author talks, book signings, and a “street fair” on the square with publishers, booksellers, writing clubs, and, of course, writers!

Greene's Fine Foods closing on Sept. 1 as new owners close on building in Decatur Cornerstone Jazz Collective closed on the historic old Post Office building at 141 E. Trinity Place in downtown Decatur. Greene's Fine Foods currently occupies the building and will be closing the Decatur store on Sept. 1 at 6 p.m.

Dragon Con weekend! Here are a couple of shots of our workers and their costumes. They are very talented and put in a lot of work on some of their outfits. We are happy they get to go enjoy the festivities! If you happen to be going to or coming back from Dragon Con and are in the area, stop by a let us roll you a fattie!

Happy birthday Chelsea! Chelsea has been a part of our staff since she was 18. Unfortunately for us she is leaving us this year to move onto an exciting chapter in her life. She will be moving to Alabama and we couldn’t be more proud of her. We just wanted to express our gratitude to such a wonderful person. Happy birthday!

We opened 28 years ago in Midtown (closed 2002) and 26 years ago in Decatur! In the early days we had no idea what we were doing, but we had a vision and mission to make and serve the best burritos in the city. We appreciate your loyal support of our small local business over all these years. We have and have had so many amazing people on our team in those years who stood with us in our beliefs, and we are nothing without them all. These folks work so very hard and we appreciate them so much, they really are the best in the business! At the end of the day we would be nothing with out you, who open our door daily looking for comfort, we are grateful to you all for your loyalty and dedication to us. It feels like just yesterday, and it went by in a flash. But as we continue to look forward, it feels good to stop sometimes and look back on all that happened over those years. Thank you everyone for allowing us to do what we love to do. There are several Mexican chain restaurants opening on the square soon. We promise to make our quality of service even better and continue to keep our food quality better than ever! Cheers! 🍻 🎉

Just had a customer come in and ask for “three monstrous vegan burritos”.
