Last week members of our team attended the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business event to celebrate the amazing women who are making a difference in the community. We were thrilled to cheer the winners on and it was particularly special to be there in support of one of our very own, Nancy Walsh. Nancy has been an incredibly dedicated member of our board for several years now and we are so grateful to her and Denver Museum of Nature & Science for the continued support of students, educators and families. Nancy is an outstanding leader and person— who knows what it means to put Students First!

Last week we joined DPS and community leaders on a bus tour that showcased construction projects made possible thanks to funds from the 2020 DPS Bond at RASA, CEC, Brown and Montbello. It was amazing to see the brand new school (RASA) and the incredible transformation at existing schools.

One educator said it best -- space matters with learning! Can't wait for the start of school to see how these inspiring new spaces make students feel welcomed and ready to grow!
