Did you know a higher credit score can result in a lower home loan interest rate?

Here's a couple tips to increase your score - start doing these a couple months before you plan on buying or refinancing:

1) Credit Limit Increase: Obviously, pay on time...but, if you keep your balance vs. your credit limit low, your score improves significantly. Now, just don't use that extra credit!

2) If you don't have any tradelines, a spouse/relative can put you on their card as a registered user. this will get reported to your credit.
