Kendric Birden, a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, Instructor, and Welcome Center staff member at the Wellmark YMCA, was featured today in the Des Moines Register! 👏

Kendric will be directing the Des Moines Public Schools girls wrestling program this upcoming season as the new head coach. He leads by example, never saying "I can't" and instilling the same mindset within his athletes. Tell Kendric congratulations next time you see him around the Y!
