Do you listen to music while working out? What about after your work out?

A recent study found that people who listened to music after their workout recovered faster than those who didn't listen to anything.

Music boosts the body's serotonin and dopamine, hormones that help with your body's recovery.

Next time you're finished with your work out, put on some slow jams. Your blood pressure and heart rate will thank you.
