Kendall has put in such a hard work ethic in such a short time. Kendall started training in June and she has not failed to surprise us. All AR Athletes and parents, remember to check your AR BASELINE app for all schedule changes as our fall schedule starts next week! This will affect our Acceleration and Strength Training to best accommodate school schedules. We are excited to have our STUDENT ATHLETES in our facility this fall!

With school starting back up we are making changes to our schedule for the week of AUG 19th - 23rd. We know that JP2 and West Fargo are starting up so we added the session 6PM - 7PM.
Notice that we have an earlier break than usual; 12PM - 4PM. We will not be having sessions during that time.

Laina has been training for a while now and really showed up in July. She is challenging herself with new exercises and new speeds every training session. She comes in with a smile on her face and will never fail to make you laugh. We can't wait to see you dominate this season. Congrats, Laina!!
Owen has grown so much since he's been here. He crushed it in July with multiple trainers saying how much work that he puts into each exercise and session. Constantly putting in the hard work and leaving our center always sweating! Owen has increased his weights, his speeds, and his overall agility since coming. We like to see him continue to grow! Congrats Owen!!

Friendly Reminder: Plan Ahead for Your Summer Training!
As summer is in full swing, we kindly remind you to sign up for classes in advance. Classes close 3 hours before the start time, so make sure to book early! If youβre planning to attend both Acceleration and Strength sessions, please book both slots.
Itβs best to schedule your sessions even if youβre unsure if you can make it. If your plans change, please cancel your booking in the app at least 45 minutes before the class starts. If itβs less than 45 minutes before class, give us a call at (701) 515-0171.

Emma has been putting in that work everyday that she's here. (which is a lot) Emma plays hockey and has been dedicated to working hard and challenging herself while weight training! She is always coming in with a smile on her face and is ready to train even if she's sore or tired. Brock, our head trainer, has been teaching Emma form and tempo work since March. It has paid off tremendously and we are proud to have her be athlete of the month!! Congratulations Emma!
Kyler has been with us for over a year now as he started in April, 2023! Kyler has a can-do attitude and is never afraid to put in that extra effort! He even gets an extra workout by riding his bike every week to come and train with us! We are proud to have Kyler as athlete of the month for June for all the hard work has been putting in since he started. We canβt wait to see how Kyler does this year in his sports and hope he continues to grow and take his potential and turn it into performance! Congrats Kyler!!

You are able to sign up until 3 hours before a class. Make sure to cancel in the app or give us a call if you are no longer able to make the class. The more time we know the more time someone is able to join that class if its filled up.
*Please keep in mind that our later hours at 4PM & 5PM are not available on Fridays, and we do not have Strength at 7:00AM.*

Join our Ignition 4-week sessions starting June 3rd! π¨

These two 4-week sessions are great for your 6-11 year olds. We will be focusing on fundamental movement skills, strength, balance, and proprioception (body awareness). Each session will feature either acceleration on turf or plyometrics on the turf or plyo-floor.
June and July on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00 - 1:45 PM.
Session 1 June 3 - June 26 (8 sessions)
Session 2 July 8 - July 31 (8 sessions)
$200 for each 4-week session. Please note there is no prorating or substitutes for missed classes.
Summer Programming is up!! Go ahead and start scheduling your sessions.π¨
We are closed Memorial Day and you can see the details above for hours for May 27th - May 31st.

Ignition Training is back! We are going to be utilizing our turf space for ground base training for speed and agility. Let us know via email or you can Direct message us to get more details to sign your 7-11 year old up for this awesome training opportunity.
