We had a fun and relaxed meeting this week with a small group!
Our theme was "Time For A Reset" as we approach fall and all the changes that come with it. Toastmaster Kui reminded us that as we begin the new semester and new journeys we can choose to Start Better!
Lesley spoke on "Why You Need A Mindfulness Practice" with examples of things you can try.
HB spoke on of mentorships and the value of "Each One Teach One"

NWA friends, Razorback Word Masters and Pinnacle Toastmasters present a Speechcraft workshop every Thursday noon - 1pm from May 20-Jun 24 to help you become a better communicator!!!
In this 6-one-hour-session workshop, participants will:
*Get familiar with Toastmasters meeting roles and program structure
*Present three 5-7 min speeches - learn from peer feedback
*Evaluate others' speeches - practice active listening & provide effective feedback
*Receive one-on-one mentoring from experienced Toastmasters
The registration fee is $20, and will be refunded if the participants:
1) Join a Toastmasters club;
2) OR attend at least 5 sessions
