UPDATE ON HUSK!!!
I have been working with Husk and he is doing amazing. He is doing well on hardwood floors and is jumping and running a little faster. In time I believe he will be just like a cat is suppose to be. So I am changing his status to a home with carpet or hard wood floors. I still think that stairs are just to hard for him now but might be ok in the future. So, for now no stairs or have a baby gate for him. He isn't wobbling very much at all. He is getting so big. loves to play with litter mates, and just wants to be with his people. Come and meet him!!

The Edgar County Humane Association is thrilled to announce their participation in the upcoming Christmas in Paris Festival. Thanks to the City of Paris Chamber of Commerce for inviting us to be a part of this exciting event. Our adoption event will be held on November 25 at D21 Designs, located on the east side of the square. We will have a variety of cats up for adoption in different colors and breeds, so you will have plenty to choose from.
But that's not all! While you are browsing for your future fur baby, you can also do some Christmas shopping for your loved ones. We have a foster for 2 of these cats...Thank you so much Teresa for helping these cats out. We still need foster or adopters for 2 more cats. Please can you help us out? All 4 cats are going to be vetted tomorrow to get ready for a foster or adopters, they have been spayed or neutered all ready. These fur baby's foster mom now is going through some ruff treatments and is not able to take care of these babies. Thank you to this community for helping out a woman in need.

I come to you today with a plea for some fosters or adopters. There is a lady in our community who has rescued four kittens that are now six to seven months old. Unfortunately, this lady has been diagnosed with female cancer, and it has spread to her lymph nodes. She is currently on her seventh round of chemo and is doing radiation five days a week. Her condition is worsening by the week, and she is also traveling frequently for her treatments. Sadly, she is no longer able to care for her beloved foster cats.
This is where we come in. We are asking for your help to find a foster or fosters for these cats until they can be adopted. As a community, we can make a difference in this woman's life by taking care of her foster furry companions. These cats are already spayed or neutered and only need to be fully vetted upon entering a foster home. The Edgar County Humane Association will fully be responsible for this.
Please find it in your heart to help out these four cats so that their foster mom can concentrate on getting well. If you have any questions or are willing to help, please don't hesitate to message us. Let's come together as a community and make a difference in this woman's life. We found a tiny kitten in my neighbor flowerbed, the nurse who take care of her heard the kitten crying and came to us for help, she eats a little kitten wet food and I feed her kitten milk every 4 hours, she is a sweet and smart little girl, I don’t have a name yet, do you have a beautiful name for her?

4 days ago my daughter heard a kitty meow in the driveway, I went out and saw a kitten, I was feeding him wet and kitten dry food and yesterday I went to Edgar county association and I was driving the red truck when I heard a kitten meow so I stop the truck and check under and there was the kitten, I pray to God no to let the kitten fall out while I was driving back home, so we made it safe home and last night we trapped him or her.
Thanks God is safe indoors, I have to socialize before I take him to our vet because is feral, we are going to keep him❤️🙏🏼
