The last of our goat herd left out last week to their new farm. I am glad that Dolly Jean 🐐and her daughter Jolene 🐐went to close friends. I hope they have beautiful goat babies in the spring for this family. I know Emma and Francis will give them all the love that we did!
We have loved these goat girls for quite some time. It is so nice to have sold them to great friends. So glad to know that Emma and Francis will learn to milk and care for goats just like Maggie did while growing up. Does our hearts good🥰

Feel free to place multiple orders!
Soaps will be made as you order them and will need to cure for a few weeks. Payment (cash or check) can be made on delivery! I will notify you when the soaps are ready to pick up and arrange delivery!!!

( I am not taking orders for single bars at this time. Once I have single bars of multiple scents left over, I will post those for sell at a later time.😊)

I think most have asked and already know. But to those who don’t…Benji and I have decided to take a break from raising goats for now.

We knew at some point we would end this “season” of goat raising, breeding, and milking. We decided to make this past year our last one.
We are thankful to all who have purchased goat babies and soap products from us over the years, visited us at the farmer’s market, gave us advice, or just followed our page for goat pics and farm updates. It has been a “season” that brought us so much joy, but we feel like it is time for our “season” to end.

We do plan to still make forged metal work items here and there. We also plan to keep making beard balms as you request them. So, continue to let us know when you have orders. 😊

However, I will not be making goat milk soaps in the future since we will not be raising goats.
But…..I do still have some goat’s milk stored and will be taking soap orders for my ONE LAST and FINAL sale. So, be on the lookout for a future post with all the details! 🧼 🧼 🧼

Again thanks for supporting our “season” of goat adventures over the years! We loved every minute of it!

We have never really been cat people, but we are pretty smitten 🥰 over our barn cat, Toby Jack. He is a cutie!

These girls went to retire about a year ago to one of our family member’s farm. From the looks of things, they still have it made!
I love how Mavis is sticking her tongue out. 😜Probably rubbing it in since she is so spoiled now! Thanks for keeping us updated!

Made some blueberry fruit roll ups this week! 😋
Praise the Lord for our blueberry crop 🫐this year!

Excited to see our tomatoes start to ripen 🍅.
And also excited to can our first batch of pasta sauce today 😋.

Gus layed in the kitchen floor and helped me finish off canning the last of our potatoes😂.
We are so thankful for the rain and the beautiful garden this year. Now onto making pickles, relish, and harvesting the corn!

Now 10 weeks old, friendly playful. Have had a dose of Frontline. Flea prevention collars. Been staying in our barn and seem to be great around the chickens and goats. Eating cat food.

We still have these two barn kittens available-FREE to a good home. They are 9 weeks old, playful, eating cat food well. Have had a second dose of flea and tick medication-Frontline. Have not been vet checked. Let me know if you want them!

We have 3 female (we think?) kittens about 7 weeks old that are FREE 🤩 to good homes. Our momma barn cat left and hasn’t returned to them. 😕

They are eating whole food well. They are friendly and playful. They have been living in our barn, but have had flea and tick prevention. They have not been vet checked. See pics. Comment or send pm if interested.

We absolutely LOVE this time of year. We are loving the warm weather and longer days! ☀️

We have been busy here lately cleaning up the farm, enjoying the baby goats and ducks, starting our garden plants from seeds and watching them grow, freshening up the porches with some new furniture and beautiful flowers, cleaning up the chicken coop, repairing our goat fences, tilling up the garden spot, and getting eggs again!
Loving every minute of it!! Thankful to God for every day! Enjoy the pics! 💕

Dolly Jean kidded on Friday and had two beautiful spotted bucklings! Momma and babies are doing great!

We have had a great day today. We woke up to new baby goats! 💕
We are very thankful that June (momma) and her babies are doing well. This is June’s first kidding, and she is a great momma just like her mother Mavis was! We are so excited to have our first goat this season to kid. She has a beautiful doeling with frosted ears and a big brown buckling. To God be the Glory! 🐐
We have two more goats to kid in the next few weeks!

Three years ago today, we brought a sweet basset pup home who was not supposed to get on the couch. Now the couch seems to be all yours 😂.
We love you just as much today as the day we got you-
eye boogers, slobber, snoring, and all 🐾

It was so nice to work outside today. I am still missing the ☀️, but thankful to be working out in the barn today!
We have a new farm animal, Olive the cat! So far, she seems to love all of us💕
And the goats are still enjoying some of our fall pumpkins!

😂I have had a good helper this week. Maybe beggar 🐾 is the better word!
We are thankful for the much needed rain ☔️ and finishing picking the garden corn and peas this week! 🌽
