This past week the Highlanders participated in their first Pool PT this year. At LLAB, the Highlanders and some former veterans sat down for a Veteran’s Panel, where they got to learn some valuable information about the military. Lastly the Highlanders had a uniform inspection to ensure everyone was looking as sharp as they can.

Happy Spring Break Highlanders!

To finish off midterm week, FTP and IMT Cadets learned the proper procedures for squadron marching. Cadets also got the opportunity to show off their drill knowledge by conducting multiple FDE’s, or Flight Drill Evaluations.

Both GMC and POC Cadets got a taste of what planning out a war scenario in the Air Force would be like, while also expanding their knowledge on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).

Once given the situation, Flights worked together to plan out the best way to successfully complete the mission. Thank you Major Fischer for this fun, real world activity!
