Recently, MG Vowell visited TF Phoenix to award high performing Soldiers and conduct reenlistments. TF Phoenix is grateful to have MG Vowell present while we recognize our stellar Soldiers.

TF Phoenix took the opportunity this week to build on their bond with coalition partners, participating in a "Running of the Bulls" event host by our Task Force Toro teammates. The true running of the Bulls takes place in Pamplona Spain each year, for a week straight each morning. Phoenix BN is lucky to have such great coalition allies here in theater.

This week, TF Cardinal Soldiers celebrated the Promotion of Sergeant Major Trevor Clark. SGM Clark is an exemplary leader and TF Cardinal has been extremely fortunate to learn the many lessons he has to offer. We are so proud to have SGM as part of our team. Congratulations, SGM Clark!

This week, TF Phoenix conducted a Patching Ceremony. When a Soldier wears a unit patch on their right shoulder, it signifies they have deployed in support of an enduring combat operation within the United States Army. Your Soldiers are doing great work and continue to set the standard amongst the Task Force. Thank you for all your support!

Huge Thank you to our amazing teammates from the Fort Drum R2 (Ready and Resilient) center from the Fort Drum Soldier & Family Readiness Division, for the multiple training events they held for TF Phoenix in preparation for our scheduled rotation to CENTCOM.

Kayla, Victoria, Kelsie, Stephanie, Dana, and Emma, thanks for developing a tailored leadership development program for our BN, mixing leadership resilience with ethics and tackling some the bigger challenges organizations can face.

Our Task Force will deploy that much more prepared to overcome leadership challenges, thanks to your efforts.

Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Quarter, Mrs. Christina Engleman! She has been an integral part as the senior SFRG advisor for the Bco Mountain Movers. We are thankful to have her continuously donating her time and efforts across the Phoenix Battalion and 10th CAB.

Congratulations to our newest Captains Dan Hanifin and Paul Corapi. Appreciate all you do for the Phoenix team. Well deserved for two outstanding officers.

Congratulations to Delta Company Damage’s newest inductees to the NCO Corps!

Congratulations to Spencer Jensen and Noah Barnes of Mountain DUSTOFF on their promotion to Captain! These gentlemen have both spent their careers with 3-10 as MEDEVAC Section Leaders, coordinating a platoon of soldiers while enabling 24/7 MEDEVAC coverage to Fort Drum and the North Country. They both look forward to taking DUSTOFF platoons and operating independently in austere environments.

CPT Jensen and CPT Barnes started their careers together in the Basic Officer Leader Course as Second Lieutenants, and they flew together as stick buddies in US Army Flight School. They are grateful for the support of Charlie Company in allowing them to continue to develop as leaders and are excited to continue to serve in a new role of increased responsibility.
