A huge thank you to all the university representatives who joined us for Transfer Day at Reedley College! With 32 colleges on campus, our students had the opportunity to explore a wealth of options for their future. Over 400 students walked away with valuable insights and exciting opportunities.

🕊️ Yesterday, across State Center Community College District, we paused to honor the lives lost and the heroes who emerged on September 11, 2001. We reflected on the strength, resilience, and unity that followed that tragic day.

🎓✨ What a night at Fresno Area College Night! ❤️🖤 Last night, the four colleges of State Center Community College District – Fresno City College, Clovis Community College, Reedley College, and Madera Community College – along with our Training Institute, SCCCD, came together to guide and inspire our future leaders. 🌟

The event showcased valuable college and career opportunities in healthcare, aviation, first responders, agriculture, and business. 🚁🚑🌱📈

Fresno City College will commemorate the 23rd anniversary of 9/11 this morning at 9:00 a.m. at Veterans Square. The community is welcome to attend.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 11 to honor and reflect on the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001. FCC will commemorate the 23rd anniversary of 9/11 with a ceremony in front of the Veterans Peace Memorial. The community is welcome to attend. Peter Cacossa, Fire Academy Director, will be the keynote speaker. The ceremony will include the traditional ringing of the bell for the 343 fallen firefighters from the New York City Fire Department who lost their lives that day. The ringing of the bell tradition is a solemn tribute to fallen firefighters.

Today, we remember and honor the many sacrifices made on 9/11.
