A tiny 6-week-old puppy named Cappuccino entered our world alongside his brother. Although his sibling quickly found a new home, little Cap was left on his own. Fast forward a few months and our sweet boy is still here! Despite a timid beginning, this adorable pup is incredibly affectionate at his core! He's a pro at bathroom breaks, strolling on a leash, cozying up to cats, mingling with dogs, and even warming up to the crate. All he desires is cuddles with his special person and a warm place to call home. Could you be the hero he's been longing for?

Barley has a truly lifesaving story.
Barley was scheduled for euthanasia as her behavior declined with stress here at the shelter. As she walked down the hallways one last time, one of our AMAZING ASOs stepped up to take Barley home. Barley was saved to see a new day! Since leaving the shelter Barley has worked on her confidence meeting new people! She is doing absolutely incredible and is currently looking for her forever home 🧡

Meet one of our love bugs! 🐞🤍

This sweet face is Hazel. She is a two-year-old Pitbull Mix. Five months ago, she found herself on a business property in Firebaugh, CA. It was on that property in an empty dog igloo where she gave birth to five beautiful pups who look exactly like her!

Hazel and her five pups were brought in by our animal field officer. Within a month and a half of being in our care, Hazel’s pups left the nest. All five pups left the shelter to start new lives. As for Hazel, she was able to find herself a loving foster home.

She has been in her foster home for three months now and sadly has not received any interest. So, if you’ve been wanting a new addition to the family - look no further! Hazel is your gal. She is a sweet girl who would make a great fit for someone who is looking for a forever companion.
