To witness the growth in Frisco and surroundings areas is so surreal. When I started teaching in Frisco isd in 1999, it was so small that we had a new teacher lunch in Dr. Reedy’s office. There was around 4 of us! To witness the growth first hand is just insane! City of Frisco was mainly dirt roads back then and no Stonebriar Mall. To say “I know” Frisco is truly an understatement. As soon as we opened the back door, he ran outside and the smile on his face of pure joy did us all in. There we were, ALL 3 adults crying tears, happy tears. I felt what that mama felt. Selling a house is so much more. The connections, the emotions, real life, and seeing what others are going through or have gone through. Feeling their pain and feeling their happiness. Buying or selling a home is such a roller coaster. It’s more than a transaction. It’s a relationship. One that is built upon and those sweet moments when i get to shed those happy tears with clients, are just a reminder how blessed I am.💙

This post is painfully tardy, but I want to take a minute to highlight the exceptional care that West Plano Emergency Room provided to our daughter in diagnosing her with a concussion a few weeks ago.

The team there is always so thoughtful and caring. If you find yourself in one of those situations where you know you need help and aren’t sure where to turn, just know that I trust them with my babies and they always provide exceptional care!!

Ended October with a closing for these sweet friends! It was definitely a roller coaster getting to the closing table, but we did it! It takes a village! We had been looking at homes for months, offers were accepted, wasn’t feeling it on a few, which led to God’s perfect timing on a home they had loved over a month prior! 🏡
I am honored and humbled that they chose me to help them on this journey and to be a part of this chapter. We had lots of laughs and maybe even a few tears, but in the end, what is meant to be will be! Can’t wait to visit them and have a cocktail by their new pool!😎

It takes a village aka the BEST real estate family! While I’m home with ice packs on my chipmunk cheeks from having wisdom teeth extracted, attended this closing for these adorable first time homebuyers! Multiple offers and we came out on top! Offer accepted and closed within 14 days! I was so sad not to be able to attend closing, but getting this pic with a “pic” of me in it, literally just made my day!💙
Can’t wait to stop by next week and pay them a visit as official homeowners!🏡

A year later and after many, many obstacles in just one week, this sweet family officially has the 🔑 to their beautiful, new home 🏡!
Their story is one for the books! They deserve nothing but rest and a few drinks after what they went through this last week🍾
