It's official: J.Lo and Ben Affleck listed their 38,000 square feet Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $68 million.

After months of house-hunting and years of navigating escrow on various properties, the couple, who married in 2022, finally chose this nearly 5-acre estate. They bought it for $60.8 million in cash in June 2023. Now, it's listed for $68 million, $7 million more than their purchase price.

According to the listing, "A separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, and two-bedroom guardhouse complement the main residence, while a spacious 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles accommodate the most discerning collector."

Gandalf isn't around to bring the fireworks to the birthday party like he did for Bilbo, but let's raise a toast to the past, present, and future journeys and adventures of Carrollton that are anything but hobbit-sized.
