The idea that many people are afraid of Mondays is often associated to the "Monday Blues" or "Monday Syndrome." It's a common feeling for some because Mondays typically mark the start of the work or school week after a weekend of relaxation and leisure. The transition from a more relaxed pace to a structured routine can be challenging for some, leading to a sense of unwillingness or anxiety.

However, not everyone feels this way about Mondays, and it's important to note that it's possible to have a positive outlook on the start of the week by setting goals, planning activities you enjoy. It's all about mindset and finding ways to make the beginning of the week a fresh start rather than something to dread.

SO TRUE…. THAT THERE WILL ALWAYS BE REASONS to not travel: a tight budget, a desire to look like a go-getter at work, kids, a busy schedule, nervousness about traveling to “dangerous” countries abroad. If you don’t make travel a priority, you’re probably going to listen to those reasons, and you’re not going to travel all that much and be of old age with regret.
