Say Hello to Coach Kaelin! 👋🏽
I’m currently studying at the University of Florida as an Undergraduate student majoring in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience with a minor in Family, Youth and Community Science. I always knew that I would to help people in my career and love working with kids. My goal is to become an adolescent developmental psychologist. Working at KidStrong has made a major impact on my life goals with the many experiences and skills that this position has given me.

FAVORITE SUPERHERO? 🦸🏻‍♀️
My dad is my favorite superhero. While he might not fly around with a big cape saving the world, he will always be my inspiration. He is my biggest supporter and will always be there for me through it all. I strive to make him proud everyday.

WHY KIDSTRONG?
I joined the KidStrong team because I knew I had a passion for working with kids. Prior to working here, I was employed by meaningless jobs that purely served as a paycheck but here at kidstrong I truly feel like I’m making a difference. It brings a smile to my face coming to work and seeing the progress made in these students.

FAVORITE PART OF THE KIDSTRONG CURRICULUM?
My favorite part of the curriculum is the competitions at the end of class. I feel they serve as a fun way for kids to get motivated and allow for social growth and acceptance of loss.

I am currently getting my BS in Biology on a pre medical track in hopes to do something in anesthesiology. I have always had a passion for science and helping others around me.

FAVORITE SUPERHERO? 🦸🏻‍♀️
My parents are my favorite superhero. They are constantly supporting me in everything I do and giving me unconditional love. They have sacrificed so much for my sister and I, and they have taught me to always persevere in life, no matter what.

WHY KIDSTRONG?
I joined KidStrong because I knew I wanted to do something that was special and educating in my free time. This job turned out to be one of my favorite things I have ever done and I love getting to help and change children’s life’s.

FAVORITE PART OF THE KIDSTRONG CURRICULUM?
My favorite part is seeing the mental and physical changes in the kids. The programming changes every month, which is so fun, but I love seeing the development of confidence and strength of the kiddos. It’s fun to learn new things and grow with them!
