The Geneseo Student Managed Investment Fund is a long-only equity fund that is geared towards educating business students about the world of finance.
Students use their communication, analytical, and quantitative skills to research and pitch individual equities to be invested in by the fund. Through oversight by an executive board, professors, investment advisors, and an alumni board, students invest and manage approximately $300,000 for the benefit of the school.
