We are devoted to providing underprivileged members of the Livingston community with the means to fi Student Advocates for Hunger Relief welcomes new members.
Student Advocates for Hunger Relief is a group focused on food. The ramifications of this statement are broad: we invest ourselves in the food-related facets of many different social issues. Most of our group's activities can be broken down into three catagories of focus:
1. We seek to educate ourselves and others about the issues related with food insecurity.

SDGs stands for Sustainable Development Goals. These goals were adopted by all 191 United Nations Member States in 2015. They are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.🌎🌳☮️
This upcoming week (March 6th-10th) is SDG Action and Awareness week! 🤩 Check out all of the amazing events happening below. ⬇️
-The Geneseo Plastic Free Zone and Green Environmental Organization are teaming up for a can and bottle drive

Did you know? 💡According to a survey conducted by Swipe Out Hunger, nearly half of campus pantries launched in the past 5 years. Our pantry included!🥕🥫🥪
🌟This statistic demonstrates the very real issue of food insecurity among college students, but also the immense progress that has been made to help fight this issue.
🌟Swipe out hunger is the leading nonprofit addressing hunger among college students. They promote on-campus solutions, policy and advocacy pathways, and community building practices to address student hunger.
