I am a former 2 sport university athlete - football/lacrosse - and grew up in Canada before settling into the central Texas area about 12 years ago. I love music, dogs, Texas bbq, craft brews, and working out - lately have found a love for Olympic lifting. Posture can have a major impact on your shoulder ROM, specifically external rotation. External rotation is crucial for getting into your backswing and through to your finish position.
