When your good friends have their first baby! After prayers and much anticipation, I was so excited to meet sweet baby Kinsley 💓

Calling all high school homeschoolers! I am excited to announce the start of photography classes specifically for homeschoolers. Being in front of the camera can feel awkward and despite my super smiley face - I feel it. As a photographer, it is important for me to be reminded that having your photo taken isn't always as fun as taking the photo. It matters whose behind the lens, you want someone who can help you feel relaxed and can capture you feeling your best!

Best friends are the best, even the furry ones. I spend over 3 hours on the phone last week reconnecting with my best friend growing up. We met in 4th grade when we just 9yrs old...we did so much life growing up together. To be able to pick up like no time had passed was a gift, we laughed, cried and told ALL the stories. It filled my heart 🫶
I hope you have people like that in your life - they're rare.

After a sorta-hiatus, I'm excited be back shooting regularly again! Photography has always been something "I get to do" and never wanted it to be something "I have to do". Creativity is funny that way. I feel creatively rested and am ready to be back where I feel most comfortable...behind the camera ;) I'll probably never get caught up posting - I'll just start with an amazing wedding from last year and work forward.

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of next month, where I will find myself setting foot on the picturesque sandy beach! October holds a special place in the heart of my family, as it marks the annual tradition of spending a blissful week on the California coast!

As I think through my fall calendar, a fun idea pops into my head - how about capturing some breathtaking beach photos for all? If the thought of a beach photoshoot sparks even the slightest interest within you, I wholeheartedly invite you to join me and make unforgettable memories by the shore next month.
