The Glendale Area Mental Health Professionals Association ("GAMHPA") is an association of mental health professionals in our community.
GAMHPA was founded in 1992 by a few local area clinicians in private practice. The association is lead by a volunteer board of directors who are guided by a set of bylaws. A number of committees coordinate functions of the association, including a membership committee, editorial committee, and program committee. Membership is open to anyone. It’s party time! GAMHPA will be hosting a SUMMER BBQ on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 12- 6pm at Casa Adobe de San Rafael Park in Glendale.
Details:
• This event is outdoors, so make sure to bring a hat and sunscreen! Attire is casual.
•We will have lawn games and Mediterranean style food (with vegetarian and gluten free options)
• Parking space will be available in the parking lot of the property and along side streets. Please read streets signs for alternating parking days.
• This is a FREE event for our Members and Non-member mental health professionals, students, interns, associates, and allied professionals! But please make sure to RSVP online at www.GAMHPA.org in “Upcoming Events.”

• Our party will be meeting in a private outdoor space. Heat lamps will be available. Our meeting space is handicap accessible.
• Attire is dressy casual.
• Parking lot and street parking. We recommend ride share options for attendees who will be drinking.
