In recognition of Administrative Professionals' week we would like to highlight Sandy, our Certified Medical Biller. Sandy works diligently behind the scenes to make sure your claims are precise and accurate, providing for streamlined processing by your insurance company. Her determination in resolving claims issues is a force to be reckoned with! She solves problems many don't know exist!

In recognition of Admisitrative Professionals' Week, we would like to highlight Madi, our receptionist. She is the ray of sunshine who greets you as you enter our office. Her sweet voice and bright smile are delightfully welcoming. Her precise organizational skills provide a smooth and streamlined check in process for our patients and assist in keeping appointments on time. She is friendly and engaging with everyone who walks through our door. You will often hear her conversing with patients about their family, their pets, their problems, etc... She is a great listener and makes eveyone feel that their story is important.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION OR REQUESTED A REFILL IN THE LAST COUPLE DAYS, IT MAY NOT HAVE MADE IT TO YOUR PHARMACY. OUR STAFF IS WORKING DILIGENTLY TO IDENTIFY FAILED SUBMISSIONS AND RESUBMIT THEM BY AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD. WE APPOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY.

In recognition of “Medical Assistant Day”, we would like to showcase our “Patient Care Team” for their part in providing the best possible healthcare for our patients. Theses are the ladies who greet you in the lobby and es**rt you back to the exam room. They are responsible for making sure we keep an accurate and up to date medical record on you, administer your in office testing and treatments, and assist the providers in your care. You can see through their kindness, empathy and understanding that they truly care about our patients. We appreciate all you do ladies!!!

In recognition of “Medical Assistant Day” we’d like to give a big shout out to our Phone Triage Team. These are the faces of the ladies who manage our incoming calls, day in and day out. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes getting messages back to providers, refilling prescriptions, scheduling appointments, sending lab orders, troubleshooting, listening and accommodating our patient’s needs, to mention a few. They play a very important role on our team and do it well. Great job ladies!! We appreciate all you do!!

Our Administrative Professional of the day is Karlene, our Referral Coordinator. Karlene is the person you speak to when coordination of care outside our office is needed. She waves her magic wand to obtain authorizations from your insurance company and arranges appointments on your behalf. She is prompt and efficient in her work in an effort to expedite your care.
