At Nova Direct Primary Care, our patients don't pay every time they see us. For a flat monthly rate we offer unlimited primary care services. For our insured patients, we offer wholesale medications, cash pay imaging and lab testing at 90-95% decreased prices so they don't get anywhere near their deductible in an average year.

For our uninsured patients we offer the same care, pricing, and access. You know your costs up front, so you don't have to worry about what insurance will cover or what it won't.

Getting help when you need it can be invaluable, especially when it relates to an ill child . Most physicians don't have same day availability, and the phone line will say you need to be seen, but it can't be here, so go to an urgent care. This leads urgent cares to be overwhelmed, and even more assembly line-like.

At Nova, Dr. Nick and Dr. Matt can triage your concerns directly. We can determine the best course of action, whether to be seen today by us, trial a plan of care at home and reach out tomorrow, or if there is a more emergent concern to recommend going to the ER. I couldn't imagine charging like an office visit for this communication. Patients have questions and concerns, want answers, yet can't get them easily without their insurance being billed. The system, based on third party payment/ billing, is failing patients and physicians.

Our why is having time to see you, discussing risks and benefits of whatever the concern is (there are no simple healthcare questions, everything is a discussion), and making progress on your health goals. These things take TIME, and cannot be accomplished in a 12 minute appointment.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We at believe in screening mammography, and we are able to assist patients who are insured, or uninsured, in obtaining an affordable mammogram. There are statewide programs to help uninsured patients with mammograms, however these are income limited and leave a large population of women without any affordable options.

Just this week an uninsured patient called about needing a diagnostic mammogram, and we were able to save them $450 on their original quoted price (almost 90% savings).

Support the cause, and talk with your physician and discuss if mammography is right for you and how often to get screened.
