Check out this custom fish tank to be used for sorting fish for the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation! Proud to be a part of this great project. The tank itself has custom made removable, flow-through dividers and fiberglass lids with all 316 SS marine hardware. The employees did a great job making this vision a reality!

Brine tanks ……. A little before and after photo for our followers. These tanks were in desperate need of a little TLC 😬…….. a few hours and a few repairs and they were back on the road to be put back into production making cheese!! Hard to believe these were the same tanks!

It’s always fun to have young minds visit the shop! Today we had the Formula Student Racing Team from Wisconsin Heights High School onsite to help lay up the body of their race car! Special thanks to Sydney and Dylan who showed them the ins and outs of laying fiberglass today and made sure everyone stayed safe in doing so!

It was a bittersweet day yesterday as we wish Mike Gillis a heartfelt Congratulations on his retirement from Fiberglass Solutions! Never have we met a guy so selfless that even for his own retirement lunch, he ordered food that he can't eat, but wanted it so that everyone else would enjoy it! 🙂 Mike was (and will continue to be) the guy that we could count on when we needed a hand during a late night emergency or when no one else could make it. He always put the company and the customer first and they don't make many like him anymore. Thank you Mike for the last three years that you spent with us. It has truly been our pleasure. We look forward to seeing you around the shop helping out in the near future 😁

Congratulations to our very own Zach Nischke on being named a 2024 Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA) All-Star! Zach has been with us for 4 years and has been pivotal to our success as a company and his knowledge and leadership has helped our entire team grow. A little late on this story this week, but a big CONGRATULATIONS to Amy for being nominated by Insight Publications for their inaugural CFO of the Year Awards in the Volunteer category! Amy dedicates much of her time to volunteer in the community and it was truly an honor for her to be nominated amongst so many outstanding people in Northeast Wisconsin. Congrats!

Today and everyday we are thankful for this great group we get to work with each and every day at Fiberglass Solutions and Performance Insulation! We had a great celebration yesterday with tamales made by the Ulloa family and a little bit of bowling afterwards!

Watch the sidelines during the Green Bay Packer game this weekend! Some freshly modified fiberglass benches will be on the sidelines for the players..... hopefully brings some good luck! Go Pack!!!

We had a blast at the Swing Like a Girl Outing. A day on a golf course surrounded by friends, family and supporting a great cause is always an amazing day.

How about a great before and after photo of a complete fiberglass wall and ceiling project completed over a 12 day shutdown this summer in a cheese brine room.... An amazing transformation of this space to a seamless, cleanable fiberglass wall system. Great job by the entire team to get this knocked out!!

The Armijo's Dominate! That's the headline coming out of the potluck cook off today at the shop. Lots of great food and a little (mostly) friendly competition!

Bait Tanks! Fishing must be going strong because we've been pushing out some bait tanks this year! Here's another one custom built for one of our great customers! Oh yeah, and one cool picture from the other morning of our new flag.

Matt says it's hot down in Indiana today! We've got crews in California and Michigan as well today...... Who knows where we will all be tomorrow?!

A little fun after work last week!

We installed a 20 ft. flagpole for Fiberglass Solutions LLC back in 2019. After the business moved, they called us to install a 30 ft. internal-halyard clear-anodized at the new facility. Upgraded digs = upgraded flagpole! Thanks for choosing us once again!

The team is on one of the largest shutdowns we have performed to date..... 16 people, 24 hours a day, 12 days..... and the results look nothing less than amazing thus far! Insulated fiberglass ceiling and wall panels to the tune of almost 12,000 square feet of surface!!!

It's always a good day when the trucks are lined up to ship material to the jobsite! This is going to be a big one......

Well, what can we say other than..... Thank You! We were nominated and then won the 2023 Growth Award for the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce Business Recognition Awards! To say we were surprised would be an understatement. We cannot thank our employees enough for all of the hard work and effort that they have put in over the past five years to help us grow into the company that we have become. It was great to be able to share the moment with some of the employees who were pivotal to our success early on and had enough courage to believe in us from the start. What a great honor to win this award in a city with so many great business and stories to go with them. Thank you to all of you who helped us along the way!

And just like that it's been 5 incredible years! As we look back on everything, we are eternally grateful for all of those people who have helped this company grow to where we are today - our amazing employees, our families, our customers and our friends. It's been a heck of a ride! Happy to announce today as well that we have been nominated and chosen as a finalist by the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce for their annual Growth award! Safety training day yesterday on all things lifts for about 2/3 of our crew members from both Fiberglass Solutions and Performance Insulation. We had some doughnuts and pizza before moving the Performance Insulation shop over to the new building!
