Tubby Tuesday!!
Meet Tubby, the sweetest 14 month old French bulldog. Tubby says he wants everyone to have a terrific Tuesday!!
Meet Seymour and Peony. Seymour was found as a stray who was brought to us by a sweet client. Seymour had to have an emergency eye enucleatin surgery the same day. He was only around 5 weeks old at the time. His finder ended up adopting him after no owner was found! Two weeks later, the same kind human found another stray, Peony. Now both silblings are healed, happy, and healthy! We love these cuties and are so glad we get to care for them and see them grow up!
Tongue out Tuesday. Staff pet edition!
(Scroll to the end for a surprise😝😉)
Let’s see your tongue out Tuesday pics!
Today’s motivational Monday quote comes from Yeti, the excited 3 year old Boxer who loves Guinea pigs. Shout out to Dr.Leslie and her assistant, Addison, for giving Yeti the calming experience he needed for his exam today.

Spring cleaning? If you have any old towels or blankets you’re getting rid of we can always use them! Thank you. 🐾
Hunter’s DNA results are in! When Hunter was surrendered as a young puppy to our friends at Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network, they were told she was a “Chiweenie” by her previous owners. One look at Hunter and we knew that probably wasn’t likely true. 😉 However, it didn’t matter what breeds Hunter was made of, she was 100% the perfect fit for Heather’s family!
On a scale (😉) of 1-10 how cute is Mabel? We definitely think this 4 year old cutie is a perfect 10!
Happy National Rescue Dog Day to our wonderful clients and their furry loved ones!!
Happy Caturday from Tsunami and one of his new friends. Meet Milly, the 4 year old Bully mix who loves coming to the vet.
Meet Bella, the golden, she was here today for her first puppy visit. Her owners have already started training her and she is already proving to be a smart girl. Training your pups at an early age is very important. They thrive with regular routine and love brain games and stimulation. We can’t wait to see her progress at the next visit!
Fluffy tail Friday!!
Meet Maxwell, the cutest 8 year old chihuahua. Maxwell is giving all the spring vibes!! Let’s see your fluffy tailed babies for a chance to be featured on the next Fluffy tailed Friday!
Duncan needs your help! He is very sweet and affectionate. Unfortunately, he is FIV positive and his rescuers need extra help finding him a longterm foster or forever home.
Duncan has a goofy personality and gets the zoomies quite a bit. He’s not a fan of dogs and would do best in a quiet home. We think he would be okay with a very laid back, and chill cat friend. Or a single cat household is fine. Newer research has shown that FIV+ cats can in fact live the same lifespan as any other cat. FIV is mainly passed from cat to cat through deep bite wounds so keeping him strictly indoors is essential.
This sweet boy is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations and is on monthly flea/tick/parasite prevention. If you are interested in helping by longterm fostering or adopting Duncan then call or message us and we will get you in contact with his rescuers! If you decide to longterm foster, his medical expenses will be covered until he finds his forever family! 🐾
POV: What it looks like eating lunch at an Animal Hospital.
MooCat is our other hospital kitty. She lives primarily in our break room and has free run of the back part of our hospital.
While she isn’t allowed any human food, that doesn’t stop her from begging and lookin’ cute while trying to steal a snack or two. 😹🩷🐾
Results are in for Rosie! Just to recap, some of the staff members did DNA testing on their dogs. Stay tuned for Hunter’s results.
Motivational Monday!
Today’s quote is brought to you by Bonnie. Owned by our receptionist Hannah, Bonnie is a five year old Husky who loves the outdoors!

The Sedgefield Animal Hospital crew had an absolute fantastic evening at Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network’s Dogs On The Catwalk event last night! We are proud and honored to have been a sponsor for the event and love continuing to support this wonderful rescue group. Of course our team also loved carrying around all of the adoptable puppies, kittens and rabbit ambassadors that were there as well. If you haven’t ever attended this annual fundraiser it’s definitely one you don’t want to miss. Until next year, congratulations on a successful fundraiser, Red Dog Farm! 🎉❤️🐾
