I haven’t been posting lately because I’ve been so busy seeing so many amazing dogs and meeting new people 🥰 here’s one of my newbies, Payton. He’s so gosh darn handsome and sweet 🐕‍🦺🖤💙 he’s my second dog I’m treating with Cushings Disease.

June Bug is a one year old kitty who was already paralyzed when she was rescued. We may not get mobility back in her hind legs, but we can keep her upper body and spine super strong and healthy so that she can continue scooting herself wherever she wants to go while preventing arthritis and tendinitis in her overused joints and muscles. 💪 🐱

I have this crazy theory that therapy should be therapeutic and not stressful. I will never put your pup in a stressful situation. If they get stressed, that’s what breaks are for! 🐶 ❤️

It depends on the injury! If this is a recent injury the area is mostly inflamed and requires an ICE PACK to quickly reduce the inflammation and pain. If this is an ongoing chronic issue such as arthritis, a HEATING PAD is the way to go to increase circulation and promote healing.

As you can see, multi-tasking is very important in my profession 🐶🐶 Thank you for the picture! 🥰

At PAWSabilities Physical Therapy, you can expect Dr. Miller to be gentle with your pet. There is no reason to be aggressive and make the pain worse or scare your pet. You can expect precision with evaluations and treatments as Dr. Miller gets to the root cause and treats the problem, not just mask the symptoms. She takes a holistic approach and treats the entire body as everything is connected and affected by an injury. Every treatment is individualized to your pet’s specific needs, and this is perhaps my favorite part, every session is UNRUSHED! 🙌 🐶 ❤️
