For two and a half years, Christian has excelled as a manager, server, and bartender. His versatility makes him an invaluable part of our team.

Christian loves living in Greenville and when he's not at Roost, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors. Whether he's hiking with his two black labs, Neiva and Jax, or hitting the golf course, he's always making the most of his time outside.

This month’s employee spotlight goes to Roost’s dynamic due, Brandon and Sebastain! These two work together like a well-oiled machine in our kitchen making breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our guests. Sebastain has worked at Roost for nine and a half years (with 26 total years of experience) and Brandon has worked at Roost for two years (with 11 total years of experience).

When not at work, Brandon enjoys going shooting with his friends and family and Sebastain enjoys getting out of town for a quick getaway.
