Sit and Stay Dog Training

I don’t know if that is really why, but I do know that actions mean a lot more to me than someone saying all of the “right words”. True, unconditional love is evident in what we do day after day and I have seen that expressed many times with the dogs that I am around on a daily basis.

I don't want to leave out my second group of kids from camp. They did a fabulous job with all of our activities and had a great time while learning. They also kept me on my toes! 😄

Yesterday was the last day with the older kids. We loved being silly with the pups and photobooth props.😃

The first two days of Kid’s Camp were a success! We have been learning how to teach dogs lots of skills/tricks, we made treats, did some agility, and today we had dog first aid training. Such a fun group of kids!

We had a great time doing the photobooth for Pet Wants Greenville North Grand Opening this weekend! Come check out the new store in Taylors. They have so many wonderful items. Mikayla is their groomer, and she is awesome. Also, I will be teaching some classes there in the next few months. Details will be provided on this page for those interested in signing up.
I got to meet some sweet pups from Freedom Fences/ Wag and Catty Shack that need homes. I have included all of their pictures here for you to pick one that needs to come home with you!

This is a fun event for everyone that loves dogs. It is a dog show, but in the back of the building to the right is the best part. They do dog obedience and scent work competitions. It is amazing to watch all the smart pups!

This is something I always tell my clients. Remember, you would not expect your child to like/play with every other child they come across. The same rules apply to your dog!

It seems so obvious doesn't it, "Some Dogs Need Space". Why does your dog need space?

We had a great session at Lowe’s today with the girls from Carolina Gilded Retrievers. They were all fabulous!

I am now a Certified Canine Good Citizen Test Evaluator. I can also do STAR Puppy class and tests, Urban CGC Test, and Community CGC Test. If you would like for me to test your pup, let me know. (Unfortunately, I can’t test any dogs that I have previously trained.)

Dog can experience organ failure or death. Seek immediate medical attention if dehydration is suspected.

🥵 Rapid panting
🥵 Disorientation
🥵 Fast, noisy breathing
🥵Collapsing and/or convulsing
🥵 Bright red or blue gums
🥵 Vomiting and diarrhea

CONTACT YOUR VET IMMEDIATELY.

Vets suggests using an ice pack at back of head or neck to cool dog while transporting for medical care. Also making drinking water accessible to dog.
