We are honored to welcome Bishop Will Willimon to on Sunday, September 29th at our Guest Preacher. Bishop Willimon grew up right here in the SC District of the South Carolina UMC, going on to Wofford, Yale Divinity School, and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He has served. as a pastor in the local church, as a Professor and Dean of the Chapel at Duke Divinity School, and as a UMC Bishop in the North Alabama Conference. He has also authored almost 100 books! We invite you to worship with us on September 29th as we welcome this UMC theologian to our pulpit.

Women of all ages are invited to join us on Monday mornings at 10:00 am for a Bible study on 12 Daring Women of the Bible. The study will begin on Monday, September 23rd and continue for 6 weeks.

On Sunday we shared in the sacrament of Baptism with the LeBlanc family. Sweet Emory, beloved child of God! May you always know and feel the love of Christ. As a community of faith, we will surround this child with love and forgiveness, that she may grow in her trust of God, and be found faithful in her service to others. We will pray for her, that she may be a true disciple who walks in the way that leads to life. 🕊️💧⛪️

You are invited to join us as we bid farewell to Sarah Moseley, who has served for the past year as Ministry Coordinator. We will miss her laughter, kind spirit, and contributions to our church staff!
