7th grade science students made s'mores to review physical and chemical changes!

7th graders in Ms. Nieto's Falcon Quest enrichment class took to the outdoors for some birdwatching! Equipped with binoculars and a field guide, they spotted and identified Northern Mockingbirds by observing their size and color patterns.

6th grade students played the Matter Game. Students used knowledge of matter to play a board game today with 20 questions.

Students engaged with the scientific method to experience phenomena relating to matter and its properties, specifically surface tension. Students hypothesized if soapy, clean or vinegar water would achieve the most drops on top of a penny.

Our school counselors are conducting Minute Meetings with their students to connect and learn more about each other.

The 2024 Sevier Volleyball schedule is out! Come support your Lady Falcons starting August 19th. All games begin at 5:30pm. 🏐

Save the date! We are looking forward to seeing our Falcon families at our Back to School Open House on Friday, August 2nd from 4:00pm - 6:30pm. For those interested in just picking up their folders and schedules, our front will have these available for pickup-only on August 2nd, from 10am - 2pm. Students who miss both of these opportunities will have their items available on the first day of school.

Parents and Guardians,
In an effort to increase alignment in discipline and dress code practices between schools and to provide more consistency and clarity for parents and students, we are providing the attached flier for guidance. These dress code specifications and violation consequences are in effect for the 2024-25 school year. This information is also found in our 2024-25 Student Handbook located on the school website. All GCS schools and offices will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day.

Greenville County Schools and Offices are open for extended hours Monday-Thursday in the summer and closed on Fridays.

8th grade celebrate on the red carpet for a Night in Hollywood! Pam Christensen, Bethany Shirk, Karen Hege, Brian Falls & a dream team of parents and others made it a night to remember! What an incredible evening. Forever a Falcon!

Mrs. Dickert threw her Art One class a congratulatory brunch with the help of Sevier parents. It was a huge success and all the students just completed their final for their high school credit class Art One.

Sevier feels loved this week! Thank you Faith Baptist Church of Taylors for the SWEET breakfast this morning.
