Because everyone, regardless of their abilities, deserves to be able to experience the joys of fishing!
It's gold medal season and one of our favorite activities at our Fishing Has No Boundaries Central Ohio Chapter events is distributing our own version of a "gold" medal to our participants. They all win the gold for overcoming challenges and proving that their limitations do not define them. If you have someone in your life that would enjoy connecting with nature or you would like to help someone particpate, please check out our website. Our Fall event is coming up in October!

I kind of hate to say it, but Fall is right around the corner. On the bright side, that means our Fall Event is coming up. We still are still accepting registrations at www.fhnbcentralohio.org. We also need a bunch of volunteers!
Come experience the magic this fall! Registration forms are live for our Fall Event at www.Fhnbcentralohio.org.
A big thanks to everyone that came to our event, the weather gods were looking out for us today. Lots of smiles and fish! A giant congrats to all of our winners, especially Tammra (Master Angler) Dan (Big Fish) and Greg (Smallest Fish)! Also a big thank you to Planks on Broadway for the delicious pizza!!
As the year winds down, I thought it would be a good time to highlight some of the people and organizations that make our events possible. Today's spotlight is on Matt Smith, Vice Chapter Chair. If you have been to an event in the last 20 years, you have seen and met Matt. Matt's infectious smile and ability to make anyone laugh make up for his lack of fishing ability. (Just kidding about the last part).
Check out this great article that recognizes Matt for his tireless devotion to the organization.
