We are TWO WEEKS away from Bunks Across America, the largest undertaking yet for Sleep in Heavenly Peace!

Thousands of children in America don't have a safe place to sleep – this impacts their development and well-being. SHP is on a mission to change that! Be a part of the solution during Bunks Across America on Saturday, Sept. 14. Our national goal is 15,000 volunteers building 8,000 for kids in communities across the United States. Your caring efforts will provide hope to families in need.

Special Thank You to the (13) Teens and (17) adults from Saint Ann Catholic Church who participated in Washington County Youth Day bed build last Friday. Ten beds were made and 60 bags of bedding were put together. Another example of youth helping youth in our community!

Bring a chair and enjoy some food and drinks on us. All we ask is that you give a donation what you can afford and proceeds will be matched raising money so we can continue to place children in beds across Washington County. We would love to share with you the SHP story.

Today was a special bed build day. Youth ages 7-11 and adults volunteers totaling 20 from The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints showed up to build 10 beds as part of their Summer Camp Theme Activity - “Loving The Least of These”
Only seemed fitting that youth extending Love to other children in the community by building beds

The Bed Delivery Team was back at it last Friday, placing 24 more kids in beds and Smiles on their faces

Join us for our Family Formation sponsored Parish Bed Build!!

We invite you to participate in our Parish Bed Build on Saturday, May 18th from 8am to 12pm. What a great opportunity to minister to our community! Lunch will be provided. Anyone ages 7r’s and older can attend. Invite friends & family!! No experience needed!! We encourage everyone to get registered as soon as you are able, because sign ups are being opened up to the Hagerstown community at large.
