Rotary Club of Hancock is participating in the World’s Greatest Meal today to help End Polio. The club has opted to forego their regular meal and associated cost to instead donate those same funds to End Polio Now!
In 1988 Rotary took on the Challenge of Ending Polio – a disease sweeping the world which killed and crippled 320 thousand children a year. Most recently, Africa became Polio free and now just two countries – Afghanistan and Pakistan remain in the fight to eradicate polio.
