Can you believe the spring semester starts TOMORROW?!? We hope you’ve loved getting to meet some of our O-Team leaders during the
segment the last couple of days!! Our final spotlight is Oreya! If you’ve come to an in person orientation within the last year, you might see her leading a tour around campus, helping students & their families get checked in, or leading the lunch time dance party! 💃“I love East Bay because it’s exposed me to so many genuine and different people with great ideas. Being on orientation team has allowed me to be the welcoming first face people get to know on campus and it’s honestly so fun! The best advice I can give to new students is to get involved on campus and create the experience you’re looking for!” ❤️🖤✨

Can you believe there are only 2️⃣ more days until the semester starts? For a lot of our O-Team leaders, this is their final semester because they’ll be graduating in the spring. Tonight’s spotlight is one of our amazing co-directors & graduating seniors, Destiny (on the right)! 🎓“I am so glad I came to East Bay because it is such a great community to grow, learn and really challenge yourself! I have taken the challenge to be the best student leader I can be and I have been so blessed with great opportunities to become that leader and be involved on my campus! All the different leadership conferences, clubs, events, etc. are ways that I have made so many connections that have are already helping towards life after East Bay! CSUEB is a place for everyone, no matter their background to come and be apart and help their campus community grow

We’re FOUR DAYS away from the first day classes on Tuesday!! Today we asked one of our amazing O-Team leaders .annalyn!! Annalyn is also a fourth year Health Science major! 🥼🏫
“There are many reasons ! I love how diverse East Bay is, I was able to find a community where I felt comfortable and welcomed to be myself. I love the possibilities and opportunities East Bay has given me; one of which included being an oteam leader! Lastly, I love how East Bay is right next to the bay! I love being able to see the bay while I’m studying in the core!” ❤️🖤✨

Happy New Year from all of us at O-Team! In 2022, we met even more of the newest Pioneers, had our first in person retreat in two years, co-hosted night at the parties with our freshmen, watched some of our O-Team leaders graduate, had countless boba & Sonic runs, dance parties to our favorite songs & so much more! Here’s to making even more memories in 2023! ❤️🖤🤍💻

Today, more than ever, we wanted to show gratitude to our amazing O-Team leaders, Pro-Staff, & CORE team who work extremely hard to make sure each orientation session runs smoothly. From the ice cream & boba runs, to staying those extra long hours on campus, we wouldn’t want to trade it for anything! 🦃🍂❤️🎞
