Sounds contradicting right? Yeah, I agree. Here’s what I think it means though. Rushing and taking shortcuts won’t always work in your favor. Most times it takes patience and being consistent to reach your desired destination. Neither path is right or wrong. They just lead to different results. At the end of the day what matters most is that you choose the path most true to you. 💕

🔸 Why It’s Critical To Price Your House Right 🔸

Although we are currently in a seller’s market, it is still important to price your home reasonably.

🌼 Pricing too high: increases the risk of scaring off buyers resulting in having to drop the price. This can be seen as a red flag for buyers wondering what that means about the home.

🌼 Pricing too low: could provoke questions about the home’s condition or lead buyers to assume something is wrong.

🌼 Getting your home priced right helps you sell it quickly and for more profit. An agent (like myself) can inform you on the value of your home based on the neighborhood, current demand, and condition.
