On Constellation day, I’m often reminded of the courage that it takes to step into such vulnerable spaces. Healing is not an easy task, but it’s a worthy one! Our weekly meditation class has gone through some changes - just like everything in life! We have evolved into a group of people willing to explore the depths of ourselves with one another! Through divine guidance, healing energies make themselves available to help us move forward in life. It has been an honor for me to experience these meetings with every person who has attended a group sesh. We have done tea cerimonies, deep healing with ascendente masters, reiki, sacred geometry, connected with spiritual guides and intergalactic beings. We have danced, cried, pulled cards, and shared our vulnerable parts with one another. This post is to reaffirm that we will continue to do just that EVERY TUESDAY! Lately I’ve been deep into this belief, and it has never felt so safe! A little background on my story: my mother passed away almost 9 years ago; grieving her has been the most painful process I have ever endured. Last Friday I had this “known” feeling that her consciousness has not gone away, but instead, dissipated into the universe and makes itself present in all of those who, in one way or another, show up to take care of me. It feels so magical, so true, so safe. So… this is me, wishing you can have yet another closure, one where the pain in grieving becomes less and less with every new “knowing” Love you Alllll ❤️

Today, on this beautiful day where we celebrate US’ independence from England, my deepest wish for you is that you can also be free of what holds you back! These subconscious chains are called “limiting beliefs” and they impact you ability to believe full heartily in your own worth! These erroneous beliefs of yourself can change… first you must identify them as such! You may choose to actively work on changing that message cognitively or you can search for healing modalities to help you in the process. Whatever route you choose, it’s the right one! The good news is that there are many ways to change these false truths. Talk Therapy, Constellation work, Reiki, Theta Healing, Shamanic work, plant medicine, etc… curious?
