It takes $1,200 to sponsor one woman to receive our medical services. Our goal from this fundraiser is to raise enough to sponsor 25 women to receive our medical services. Help us spread the word! Today is Maternal Mental Health Day! This day is set aside to help spread awareness on mental illness that occurs during pregnancy and within the first 12 months after birth. These conditions are called perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD) and are highly under diagnosed. Here at the PCC, we know how important your mental health is on your overall health. If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health during pregnancy or postpartum, give us a call. 828-322-4272! 🤍

Happy December! There will be no in-person E3 classes held in December, we will resume classes in January. Other than our classes, there are no changes to our other services this month!
