🌟 Back on My Feet & Going the Distance! 🌟
After four months of recovery, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve worked my way back up from running just 0.25 miles at a time to now hitting 10 miles nonstop! 🏃🏻♀️💨💪 As I prepare for my first marathon—the Honolulu Marathon this December—I’m using this milestone as a way to make a difference.
I’m raising funds for Travel Visions Aloha for the Blind (TVA), the nonprofit I founded to empower and connect the blind and visually impaired community on Oʻahu. We’re aiming to purchase an iPad to:
• Streamline event check-ins
• Simplify participant registration
• Enable on-site donation acceptance
This tool will help us enhance our participants’ experience and ensure every dollar raised goes directly into our community-building activities.
How You Can Help
Every contribution, no matter the size, gets us closer to our goal. By supporting this fundraiser, you’re directly impacting the lives of those in our community.
Remember: Travel Visions Aloha is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit, so your donations are tax-deductible! 🙌
