Hopping into Wednesday with a new pet highlight! Today, we get a self-care tip from resident rescue pigeon, Zephyr. Some days are stressful or you wake up tired, dopamine dressing can be a fun way to lift your mood.
What is dopamine dressing? Wearing your favorite colors or a fun item of clothing that makes you smile when you see it. Sometimes it's the little things that have a big impact.
Our next pet spotlight, for National Pet Month, is Huda. Huda is a friend to all and lover of the outdoors. Huda shares a tip for picking up your mood. Roll down the window, go outside, or just enjoy a bit of sunshine.

Attendees will be able to sit in on an expert discussion on working towards human-centered approaches to healing from and preventing harm. Restorative justice offers unique and creative pathways for addressing the needs expressed by those impacted by harm. The consequences of stress can impact how we work, function, and get along with the people around us. Now more than ever we can reflect and focus on our self-care routines. Mental Health America of Hawaiʻi’s Live Your Life Well training started as a workplace wellness program and is now being offered virtually to the community. Live Your Life Well utilizes 10 proven tools to help better cope with stress, improve one’s outlook on life, and have healthy relationships.
